This alloy has the following properties:

The aluminum and chromium content of 27cr-7al reached the high limit, and the iron content was high. At the same time, molybdenum was added, so the temperature resistance of the material was improved. As Al2O3 formed on the surface has high oxidation resistance, thermal strength and low temperature coefficient below 1250 ℃, it belongs to high temperature electric heating resistance material. At room temperature, the properties of plasticity, cold stamping and welding are poor. After annealing, the structure of the alloy is ferrite, which is unstable in the process of use. 475 ℃ is the brittleness temperature zone. After heating for a long time, the grains are continuously coarse, which makes the material brittle gradually.
